Organization and financial resources of the Union
|
This program aims at enhancing the effectiveness of UAWC towards achieving its vision for the welfare of the organization. This program focuses on building the organizational capacity through empowering the different systems: planning, monitoring, evaluation, and auditing; in addition to reviewing and improving the administrative and financial systems; and training the cadre in different fields and topics according to their needs.
Furthermore, this program contributes to improving UAWC’s financial capabilities through developing income generation projects, and creating new ones; in addition to creating long term international partnerships.
